WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT

Logon to EHR File Portal

You’ll be asked to fill out the practice member health forms so we can get to know you better. The information in the forms will be used to create your customized Care Plan. Don’t forget to read and sign the Terms of Acceptance!

Consultation

Dr. Alex will speak to you about the issues you face, review your health history, and will work with you to understand your version of ideal living.

Nerve & Muscle Scan

A thermal scan is used to check your organs and glands for any irritation or inflammation.

sEMG scans measure neuromuscular stress tension and symmetry to gauge how efficiently your body utilizes its energy and if it functions in a balanced and organized manner.

Heart Rate Variability Scans check the variation of heartbeat intervals. They are a strong diagnostic biomarker for general health. A high HRV suggests relaxed, low-stress physiology, while a low HRV indicates a need for rest and recovery.

Examination

You will receive a Comprehensive Chiropractic Exam, which Dr. Alex will use to understand the root of your health issues and how to move ahead with your customized Care Plan.

X-Rays

If necessary, you will have to take an X-ray to determine the subluxation complex’s severity and complexity and rule out any pathology. Dr. Alex firmly believes in being thoroughly informed and will never make guesses about your health.

YOUR SECOND VISIT

Report of Findings

During your second visit, Dr. Alex will share what she discovered about your health based on her consultation, tests, scans, and X-rays. She will provide you with a Customized Care Plan, which is the strategy to restore and maintain your health. Plan to spend 30 minutes at our office this visit. We fully embrace that you do not live to get adjusted but rather get adjusted to living fully!

Adjustment

You will be checked for vertebral subluxations, and if any are present, you will get adjusted.

Subsequent Visits

All other visits last about 10 minutes. You will be checked for vertebral subluxation, and if present, you will get adjusted.
